Book a visit in Archiwum Akt Nowych

Dear guests,
Reading room of AAN will prepare for you files ordered only via Bookero booking system or via e-Rewers tool.
How to book a visit in AAN:
1. Fill in the form „zgłoszenie użytkownika zasobu archiwalnego” and send it to the e-mail adress czytelnia@aan.gov.pl

or on Archiwum Akt Nowych website in „zasady udostępniania” section.
„Zgłoszenie użytkownika” is valid for 12 months, counting from your last visit, but no longer than 3 years.
2. Next, book a visit via booking system https://aan.bookero.pl/en
One person can make reservations in the system for a maximum of 5 upcoming visits. After first of them is completed, next visit can be booked. Visit reservations exceeding the limit will be rejected. Each day is booked separately and entitles only the person making the reservation to enter. The visit lasts from 9 AM to 3:20 PM
3. If you require more time to search in our resources, independently of visits, there is also the possibility to book a place for an additional afternoon session from Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. To sign up for the session, from the list of services on the website https://aan.bookero.pl/en, you shall choose the "Dyżur" option. During the afternoon session, you can only review fonds inventories available in the Reading Room and files that were previously ordered for a regular visit. It is not possible to order files directly for the afternoon session.
Ordering files in AAN:
The Reading Room of Archiwum Akt Nowych (AAN) processes only orders placed via:
- The https://aan.bookero.pl/en system during booking the visit slot.
OR:
- The e-Rewers system https://aan.gov.pl/formularz-pracownia/index.php (only for a visit slot previously booked in aan.bookero.pl)
Requests submitted through other means will not be processed!
The daily order limit is a total of 15 files per person!
